Working within the financial institution industry

Has long been a passion for several of our firm members.  From the AICPA’s banking school at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville to serving on the TSCPA’s Financial Institution’s Committee, our firm members are committed to excellence. Our experience includes auditing (both external and internal), mutual to stock conversions, initial public offerings, tax planning (including successful positions before the Joint Committee on Taxation) and loan reviews.  Our managing stockholder has even testified in the Court of Claims in Washington D.C. on behalf of a financial institution client.

We work with publicly traded financial institutions as we are registered with the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). This work includes audits, financial statement preparation and outsourced internal auditing.

Our goal is to provide sincere effort in working with both audit committees and management in order to give significant value to an institution’s investment in our services.
